A glimpse of myself

Senior UX Designer & Front-end Developer since 2001

Web designer and Front-end web developer

UX Designer

As a fine art (DEC 1999) and graphic design (AEC 2001) graduate from the last millenium, designing for the users as always been in my DNA.

UI Developer

I wasn’t a front-end developer when I started out. In fact, at the time my title was “Web Integrator” until the term became pejorative. Initially, I was a graphic designer eager to master his medium. My fascination with the efficiency of Quark Express 4’s centralized style sheets for laying out printed documents led me to quickly appreciate the graphic challenges that Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) can solve.

My shared online interests

Amateur photographer, illustrationist and graphic designer

From the first drawing and painting lessons my parents gave me when I was 10, I have been interested in graphic communication. Using pigments and pixels to communicate a message or an emotion, however subtle, has been a hobby from which I am now very proud to earn a living from coding pixels.

But there are so many things to experience in the visual arts that I reserve some, like photography, as an amateur hobby.
