UX Designer
With diplomas in fine arts (DEC) and graphic design (AEC) earned at the turn of the millennium, I’ve always had a knack for solving visual communication problems. It’s in my DNA, and it never faded: it still fuels the attention to detail that makes all the difference in my craft. I also love sharing what I know in plain terms: making the complex simple for non-experts, whether they’re users, the teams I work with… or my kids.
UI Developer
When I started in web development in 2001, my title was “web integrator”. The term took on a negative connotation over the following decade and gave way to “front-end developer”. Today, the industry calls it “design engineer”: a title that finally names what I’ve always done, bridging design and code. I am first and foremost a curious and meticulous graphic designer, eager to master my medium in order to communicate through the technologies of our time. Fascinated by efficiency, I quickly became passionate about the challenges posed by, among others, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) applied to a semantically well-structured HTML document. My technical resourcefulness and love of learning have since extended to many other technologies: each one is a challenge to take on, to preserve and expand my independence.

Amateur photographer, illustrationist and graphic designer
It all started with the drawing and painting classes my parents gave me when I turned 10. Conveying a message or an emotion, however subtle, through pigments or pixels has been my passion ever since. That childhood pastime became my profession, and I still take great pride in it today.
Visual arts are such a vast field, though, that I keep some practices, like drawing and photography, at an amateur level: no pressure, just for the joy of seeing the world differently. But those who know me will tell you: my true medium is people. A good ear, boundless curiosity, and a soft spot for lively, thoughtful conversations.
